Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data N AND K ENTERPRISE, trading as Autonoid("we", "us"), collects when you use https://autonoid.ai, book a discovery call, send us a brief or work with us on a project. It also explains what we do with that data, how long we keep it, and how you get it back or removed.
The short version. We collect the details you type into our contact form or booking calendar, plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We use them to answer you and to run the business. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it to train AI models, and we delete it when you ask.
1. Who is responsible for your data
N AND K ENTERPRISE, trading as Autonoid, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our address is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For anything in this policy, including access and deletion requests, write to hello@autonoid.ai.
When we build or operate software for a client, that client is usually the controller of the end-user data inside their system and we act as a processor on their instructions, under the terms of the agreement signed with them.
2. What we collect

We do not ask for special category data, payment card numbers or government identifiers through this website. Please do not put them in the brief field.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal bases are: your consent, when you submit a form or accept analytics; our legitimate interest in running and securing the business and in answering enquiries; and performance of a contract, once you become a client.
4. Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors to run the site and the business. They see only what they need, and they are bound by their own agreements with us.
- Hosting and content delivery, for serving the website
- Google Calendar appointment scheduling, for booking discovery calls
- Email delivery and our own mailbox, for correspondence
- A spreadsheet or CRM record, for tracking enquiries
- Analytics, where enabled, for aggregate usage statistics
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not feed it into model training, ours or anyone else's.
5. Where your data goes
Our team works from India and the United States, and our providers operate infrastructure in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where the GDPR applies, those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
If a project requires data to stay inside a particular jurisdiction, for example inside the UAE or inside the EU, we can build and host it that way. Tell us during discovery and it becomes part of the architecture rather than an afterthought.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and 7 years after, where tax and accounting rules require it
- Server logs: typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the provider
- Analytics: aggregated, with no attempt to re-identify individuals
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time. These rights apply under the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe, under the Personal Data Protection Law in the UAE and comparable laws across the GCC, under PIPEDA in Canada, and under state privacy laws in the United States including the CCPA and CPRA in California.
Email hello@autonoid.ai and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
The site runs on a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies, where enabled, tell us which pages people read. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones may break parts of the site.
9. Booking calendar
Our contact page embeds a Google Calendar appointment schedule. When you book, Google processes your name, email and the time you choose under its own privacy policy, and sends the booking to us.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections, role-based access to our own systems, and the principle of least privilege for anything client related. No system is perfect. If we ever suffer a breach that puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
12. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
