These terms govern your use of https://autonoid.ai and everything on it, including the demo lab. They are between you and N AND K ENTERPRISE, trading as Autonoid("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Worth reading twice. Everything in the demo lab is our own demonstration software, not client work and not a live production system. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quote. Paid work is governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, and that agreement wins wherever it conflicts with this page.
1. What this site is
The site describes what we do, shows demonstration products we have built, and lets you book a call or send a brief. It is marketing material. It is not advice, and it is not a commitment to deliver anything.
2. The demo lab
The products shown under /work were built by us to demonstrate capability. They are demonstrations, not client deliverables, and they are not represented as production systems in active commercial use unless we say so in writing. Names, data and screenshots inside them are illustrative.
Any demo link may change, move or be taken down without notice. Availability of a demo is not a service commitment.
3. Enquiries, proposals and estimates
Timelines, ranges and estimates published on this site or given on a discovery call are indicative. A price becomes binding only in a signed proposal or statement of work. Scope stated in an estimate assumes the information you gave us was accurate and complete.
4. Who owns what
Our material
The site, its text, design, code, illustrations and the demo products are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may read, share and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts of it, scrape it at scale, or pass our demo products off as your own.
Your material
Anything you send us in a brief stays yours. We use it only to respond to you and to scope the work.
Code we build for you
On paid engagements, the custom code we write for you transfers to you on full payment, together with documentation and deployment configuration. Pre-existing components, internal libraries and third-party open source remain under their own licences, and you get a perpetual licence to use them inside the delivered work. The specific terms are set out in the agreement we sign.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the site or the demos
- Do not scrape the site for training data or bulk reuse
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content through our forms
- Do not impersonate anyone when contacting us
6. Third-party links
The site links to demos, tools and articles hosted elsewhere. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. AI-generated output
Software we build may use large language models and other AI systems. Those systems are probabilistic. They can be wrong. Where the output matters, systems we deliver are designed with human review, guardrails or verification in the loop, and we will say so in the scope. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of output from a system we built, in line with the agreement we sign.
8. No warranty on the website
The site and the demos are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty given in a signed agreement for paid work.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability on paid engagements is capped in the signed agreement.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes about the website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise, in which case that agreement governs.
