Channel manager and property system integrations, built and maintained

We connect the tools you already run instead of asking you to replace them. Hostaway, PriceLabs, Guesty, Beds24, Stripe and the rest of your stack, talking to each other and monitored so you know when something stops.

What we connect

Four categories cover most of the work. Projects usually involve two or three of them at once.

Channel managers

Availability, rates and reservations flowing between your own systems and the channel manager handling distribution, with clear rules about which side wins a conflict.

Revenue management

Pricing recommendations pulled in and applied on your terms, with an override path so a human can still say no to a number.

Payments and accounting

Payment capture, refunds, owner payouts and the ledger entries that follow, reconciled rather than re-keyed.

Property operations

Smart locks, housekeeping tools, guest messaging and review platforms, connected to the same reservation record rather than each holding their own copy.

The part most integration work gets wrong

Writing the API calls is the easy half. The half that decides whether you sleep is everything around it.

Deciding the source of truth

When three systems each believe they own the calendar, the integration is not a technical problem, it is a precedence decision. We make that explicit before writing code.

Handling failure visibly

Rate limits, timeouts and partial syncs are normal. What is not normal is finding out from a double booking. Every integration we ship has retry logic and an alert that reaches a person.

Surviving an API change

Providers deprecate endpoints. We version the integration, keep a test suite against it, and track the change notices so an upgrade is planned work rather than an outage.

Questions we get asked

Are you a Hostaway or PriceLabs partner?

No. Autonoid is an independent software development studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised reseller of Hostaway, PriceLabs or any other platform named on this page. We build integrations against their public APIs on behalf of our clients, who hold their own accounts and licences with those providers.

What does an integration project usually involve?

Mapping the data model on both sides, agreeing what is the source of truth for availability and rates, building the sync, and then building the monitoring that tells you when it breaks. The last part is the one most projects skip and the one that matters most at two in the morning.

How long does it take?

A single well-documented API connection is typically two to four weeks. A multi-system sync where several tools each think they own the calendar takes longer, because the hard work is deciding precedence rather than writing the code.

What happens when the provider changes their API?

Under a maintenance retainer, we track deprecation notices and update before the change lands. Without one, we hand over documentation and tests so your own team can. Either way you own the code.

Can you integrate a platform not listed here?

Usually. If it has a documented API or a webhook feed, it can be connected. If it has neither, we will tell you honestly what the options are and what they cost to maintain.

Tell us what is not talking to what

Bring the list of systems you run and we will tell you on the call which connections are straightforward, which are awkward, and which are not worth building.
